Goldfish, a Denmark based producer has released a remix of
Jack Garratt’s Remnants – the title
track from his latest EP. Goldfish’s version is gritty and industrial which juxtaposes
Garratt’s smooth vocals. We’re not saying that’s a bad thing, in fact it’s
pretty great. Whilst adding fluctuating beats, Goldfish still manages to keep
the space from the original track. Goldfish co-wrote Garratt’s hit Worry, and
if this is a step in the direction that Garratt may take, it’s pretty exciting.
